Megan Camaisa

Megan Camaisa is a senior executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience spanning biotechnology, digital health, government affairs, cybersecurity, investor relations, and strategic communications. Based in Washington D.C., she has built and scaled high-growth companies, advised executive leadership teams on complex regulatory and policy environments, and led initiatives across healthcare innovation, emerging technology, and public-private partnerships. Her career reflects a consistent ability to align business strategy, policy engagement, and stakeholder relationships to advance transformative organizations and technologies.

Megan has held leadership roles with organizations including Calidi Biotherapeutics (IPO), Parallel 6 (Acquired by PRA Health), SnapIoT (Acquired by Caremark), and Anakam (Acquired by Equifax). At Calidi Biotherapeutics, she helped build the company from inception through its $400M+ IPO, integrating government affairs, investor strategy, and external engagement into the company’s growth objectives. Her expertise spans biotechnology policy, digital health, AI and emerging technology governance, cybersecurity, and strategic partnerships. She has worked closely with policymakers, investors, healthcare organizations, and executive teams to navigate regulated environments, support growth initiatives, and advance innovation; experience that positions her to support Metli’s long-term strategic development and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Megan has served in leadership and advisory roles including the Democratic National Committee Finance Committee and as a moderator for the United Nations General Assembly in partnership with the World Woman Foundation.
